Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Executive with 2+ years of experience in U.S. property management accounting. This role will focus on development accounting, financial reporting, and supporting key property management operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for development projects.
  2. Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate monthly and year-end closing.
  3. Handle draw accounting, including preparation and tracking of draw requests.
  4. Process invoices, review supporting documentation, and ensure proper coding and approvals.
  5. Monitor tenant ledgers, reconcile payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S. property management (development focus preferred).
  • Proficiency in Yardi and QuickBooks.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.
