A leading architectural practice seeks a Senior Accountant candidate.

The ideal candidate will oversee project financials, investigate variances, and ensure timely billings to customers and collections of payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project accounts within accounting systems.
  • Manage project-related records, including drawdown schedules, variation orders, invoices, and statements of account.
  • Implement and maintain company accounting systems and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, business plans, and feasibility studies as required.
  • Develop effective working relationships with external auditors and address findings and recommendations promptly.
  • Manage company funds, assets, and investments, providing periodic reports on current and projected financial stability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reports are provided to management for compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant with five years of experience in the architecture/design/construction industry or similar environment.
  • Three to five years of experience in GST and TDS filing is mandatory.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret complex documents.
