Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

A financial operations specialist is required to manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounting, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank statement reconciliation.
  • Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
  • Prepare RERA quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate / construction.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
