  1. We are seeking an experienced AS400/RPG Lead Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in IBM i / AS/400 platform and RPG IV / RPG Free Format, CLLE, and ILE concepts.
  • Strong command of RPG IV / RPG Free Format, CLLE, and ILE concepts
  • Experience working with OMS, Inventory, WMS, and PO modules
  • Deep understanding of DB2/400 – physical/logical files, SQL, journaling, triggers
  • Strong debugging skills using STRDBG, job logs, and error analysis
  • Experience with batch jobs, interactive screens, menus, and subfiles
  • Familiar with file-based integrations and data exchange formats (EDI, XML, CSV)
  • Experience with Change Management tools
  • Understanding of business workflows in the supply chain or retail domain
  • Understanding of API development on IBM i using Open Access or web services
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
  • 12 - 20 years of experience on IBM i / AS/400 platform
  • Experience in the retail domain
  • Create projects in a modular fashion and encourage re-use of code.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Strong Communications and Client interaction skills
