Ecosystem Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our skilling ecosystem in assigned regions.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership & Delivery:
  • Design, develop, and execute skilling programs that meet regional demand and industry requirements.
  • Align initiatives with national and state-level employment priorities.
  • Ecosystem Development:
  • Build and scale a demand-led ecosystem by partnering with employers and training providers.
  • Expand the supply-side ecosystem by identifying sector-specific talent needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage effectively with government bodies, vocational training providers, and other ecosystem actors to co-create impactful solutions.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, academia, and policy platforms.
  • Process Management:
  • Design scalable processes across the student lifecycle – from mobilization to post-placement tracking.
  • Create operational frameworks to break complex implementation plans into actionable micro-processes.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 14–18 years of experience in skilling, education delivery, or talent development domains.
  • Demonstrated experience in employer engagement and establishing large-scale partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of student journey, including counselling, mobilization, training, placement, and post-placement tracking.
  • Strong background in channel development (employers and training partners) and familiarity with the vocational training landscape.
  • Prior experience collaborating with government bodies, academic institutions, and industry associations on skilling or education projects.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, stakeholder relationship skills, and process orientation.
