We are looking for a skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join our team.

  • Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the revenue management strategy for hotels and holiday homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial strategy, leadership, and training.

Able to travel extensively and work with diverse partners. The company is growing internationally and aspires to be a leader in outsource revenue management and distribution functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement successful commercial strategies for hotel clients.
  2. Replicate the company culture in all actions undertaken on behalf of partners.
  3. Adjust strategy according to market trends to maximize room sales and revenue.
  4. Assist the founder in creating revenue budgets and forecasts for all departments.
  5. Organize weekly revenue meetings with the founder for all partners, ensuring that sales strategies are executed and supervised.
  6. Maintain accurate ongoing records of controls applied to all systems.
  7. Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing suggestions for price and strategy adjustments to the commercial teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions.
  • Able to learn and teach best practices of revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets.
  • Maintain a consistent selling strategy across all channels and develop systems that assist partners to grow their business opportunities.
