Job Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee Provident Fund (PF) operations for multiple clients, ensuring seamless management of end-to-end processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with expertise in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for EPF challan generation.
  • Manage reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to PF-related queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform complex calculations of Employee Provident Fund contributions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous quality control (QC) checks for PF operations, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure all employee queries are addressed within specified timelines, fostering a culture of excellent communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations, with a strong track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve complex issues.
