Job Title: Fund Performance SpecialistAbout this Role:

This role involves collaborating with a team of specialists to provide analytical support in portfolio monitoring. You will work closely with portfolio managers to deliver high-quality financial reports and identify key performance indicators.

The selected candidate will join our Private Credit team, which supports private equity firms in the portfolio monitoring process. Your responsibilities will include performing regular reviews, creating reports, and providing ad hoc support to portfolio managers.

You will be working with Excel-based models and lending platforms to perform financial spreading, calculate credit metrics, and verify compliance against thresholds.

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews and populate associated templates.
  • Identify key performance indicators and create reports for the credit review process.
  • Calculate covenant performance in line with facility agreements and provide detailed rationales.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including historical and forecasted data, as well as operating, leverage, and liquidity ratios.
  • Verify compliance against thresholds (DSC, FCCR, LTV, interest cover, leverage, etc.).
  • Collateral analysis.
  • Provide project management support to senior managers.
  • Regularly interact with portfolio managers to discuss tasks, templates, and deliverables.
About You:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in finance, economics, or accounting. A master's degree from a reputable institution is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in a similar profile.
