About the Role:

We seek an experienced Debt Funding Specialist to raise debt funds and manage relationships with lenders, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive debt fundraising from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding
  • Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs
  • Maintain adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations and compliance with lending frameworks
  • Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management
  • Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
  • Strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is essential
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines
  • Understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation
  • Negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills
