Job Title

A seasoned professional is required to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, driving process improvements and recommending innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency.

About the Role:

  • To deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiar with the implementation process and be able to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
