Job Title: Oracle EBS HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3–5 years of functional expertise in implementing, configuring, and providing support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.

The role is remote-first but requires the flexibility to travel onsite to client locations in the Middle East during project phases. Only candidates holding a valid Indian passport will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is beneficial.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.
Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
