Job Profile:

As a seasoned Human Resources professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business success through strategic talent acquisition, effective payroll management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead full lifecycle recruitment for various roles, including shop-floor, technical, supervisory, and corporate positions.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and contract manpower compliance.
  • HR Operations and Employee Relations: Administer HR policies, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and contract manpower compliance.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in staffing operations or HR roles supporting large staffing/manufacturing projects.
  • Master's in HR / MBA-HR preferred.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and compliance for contract manpower.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and popular HRMS/payroll tools (experience coordinating with payroll vendors).
  • Excellent stakeholder management – able to partner with operations, project managers, and external vendors.

Working Conditions and Travel:

  • On-site position based in Chennai; frequent visits to manufacturing sites and project locations as required.
