
Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our organization.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to consumers and internal team members through telephone and email.
- Resolve issues upon initial contact and prevent future issues by educating clients and reviewing their accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and adjust to changing duties and responsibilities as the department evolves.
Requirements:
- High secondary diploma or graduate degree with relevant experience; OR any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other Internet-based tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- A professional demeanor, ability to think on your feet, and experience working as part of a collaborative team.
