Job Overview:

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in prepping offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences — making joiners feel valued and supported.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on Keka (attendance, leave, docs, birthdays, anniversaries) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities — from exit letters and documentation to collecting feedback — ensuring a respectful and smooth transition.
  • Policy Support: Help draft, update, and communicate People policies in line with our async-first and side-gig-friendly culture.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins — fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to keep us audit ready.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback so we can continuously improve.
  • AI Lover: Experiment with AI and incorporate best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements.

Bonus points if you have hands-on experience in college fests, logistics, or admin coordination, strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, or interest or coursework in People, operations, or business administration.
