Job Title

An experienced Factory Solutions Manager is required to lead the selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of advanced manufacturing and quality applications in a semiconductor fab environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in systems such as FMEA, OCAP, 8D, SPC, and FDC to leverage AI to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end implementation and support of manufacturing and quality systems including SPC, FDC, OCAP, and 8D tools.
  • Evaluation, selection, and integration of software solutions aligned with fab operational goals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to define system requirements and ensure seamless deployment.
  • AI/ML integration into existing systems to enhance predictive analytics, fault detection, and decision automation.
  • Vendor relationship management, licensing, and support contracts.
  • System compliance with industry standards and internal security protocols.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and solution analysts.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
