Site Excellence Manager

  The Site Excellence Manager will lead the development and implementation of site-level excellence initiatives, focusing on process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency optimization. This role requires a strong leader who can influence senior stakeholders and manage relationships to achieve world-class performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the implementation of the site's excellence master plan.
  • Lead change management processes and set objectives and priorities for the department.
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating departments to work together in excellence deployment.
  • Implement Manufacturing Management Systems (MMS) practices to meet business plans.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop teams against role capabilities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of excellence training and development programs.
  • Coordinate Total Operational Training (TOT) and evaluation programs to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with Diageo Capability Program.
  • Provide pert loss and waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Participate in and lead as required improvement projects using DMAIC methodology.
