Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects on-site.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong technical knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 0-4 years of experience in construction management
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
