Job Title: Site Engineer - Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee the on-site execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the construction work is carried out as per design, quality, and safety standards while adhering to the project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision and Management:
  • Monitor and supervise all on-site activities, including erection, installation, and finishing of PEB structures.
  • Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the project team to resolve on-site issues.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect incoming materials and ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks during construction to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in planning daily site activities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Liaise with design engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage site documentation, including daily progress reports and material logs.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols on-site.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure that workers adhere to safety standards.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical guidance to on-site teams for PEB structure erection and alignment.
  • Resolve technical issues and adapt designs to on-site conditions if necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in PEB construction or similar fields.
  • Strong knowledge of PEB systems, materials, and erection techniques.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Work Environment:

  • The role requires working outdoors on construction sites, often in challenging conditions.
  • Frequent travel may be necessary depending on project locations.

Location: Base Nagpur ( Site Locations will vary)
