Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Job SummaryThis role is responsible for accurate data entry, managing form and application submissions, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely customer follow-ups. As a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless project management and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and update customer and project data into company systems with high accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and manage form submissions and permit application records efficiently.
- Prepare and send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on pending dues in a timely manner.
- Support customer follow-ups via email or CRM to keep projects on track and deliver exceptional results.
- Validate and cross-check entries to maintain high quality and precision.
- Maintain well-organized digital records for projects and customer information.
- Assist the operations team with basic reporting and documentation tasks as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and data security standards at all times.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or admin support (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Excellent attention to detail with near-zero error tolerance.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
