Quantitative Aptitude Training Position

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to develop and deliver engaging sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute effective training programs on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
  • Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to assess students' performance.
  • Mentor and guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
  • Track students' progress through regular assessments and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Mathematics and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as a Quantitative Aptitude Trainer / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
