Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage new business opportunities to expand our client base across industries (IT, Telecom, Product & Service-Based companies).
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Collaborate with our recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful placements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors to create effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with our company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Represent our organization at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Recruitment (staffing industry preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
