Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This key role involves driving business expansion through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Identify areas where our offerings can add value to target industries through research.
- Cold call on data collected from lead generation activities, qualifying leads obtained through online portals.
- Maintain an updated database of customers with complete information and email addresses.
- Set up appointments, either telephonically or face-to-face, with prospects.
- Manage inbound leads, maintain MIS, and ensure the closure of leads.
- Perform continuous follow-up at each stage of enquiry/quotation/negotiation/closure.
- Utilize product knowledge to showcase solutions offered by our company to prospects.
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to the reporting manager/director/HE team.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant experience is preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in Filters/manufacturing/Fabrication industry.
- Possess good business communication and writing skills.
- Skilled in gathering information from multiple internet sources.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, self-motivation, and strong sales abilities.
- Effective team handling and negotiation skills.
