We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team in delivering AI-powered IT solutions.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for desktop computers, printers, and other equipment. Your daily tasks will include diagnosing hardware and software problems, resolving network issues, and installing new equipment.

This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will work independently and remotely, interacting with end-users to ensure their technical issues are promptly addressed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and maintaining IT solutions, with a certification in relevant IT fields being a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is also required.
