Job Title: Supply Chain Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and process maturity assessments with customers to develop compelling business cases for outsourcing.
  • Create and articulate supply chain service offerings, crafting winning value propositions and developing responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions, ensuring seamless transition to delivery teams.
  • Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
