Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ArcGIS Utility Network Professional to lead our team in designing and implementing robust ArcGIS Utility Network solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design & Delivery: Engage with clients to conduct needs assessments, gather technical requirements, and design tailored solutions.
  2. Project Execution: Lead all phases of Utility Network projects from initial design to full implementation and deployment.
  3. Integration & Administration: Architect and perform complex data migration into the Utility Network, developing ETL workflows for multiple clients.
  4. Ongoing Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing administration, maintenance, and support for client deployments, ensuring system uptime and performance.
  5. Technical Leadership: Serve as primary technical contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  6. Pre-Sales & Scoping: Assist the business development team in solution demonstrations and proposal development.
  7. Best Practices & Documentation: Develop and standardize implementation methodologies and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience delivering solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Proven project experience implementing Esri's Utility Network.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment.
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise geodatabase administration and data migration strategies.

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Esri certified ArcGIS Utility Network Professional
  • Direct experience across multiple utility domains.
  • Advanced proficiency with Python (ArcPy) and ArcGIS Arcade.
  • Extensive experience with FME Desktop/Enterprise.
  • Experience deploying and managing ArcGIS Enterprise in cloud environments.
