Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operational Technology Solution Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and experience in implementing operational technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, service graph connector (SGC) with good understanding and hands-on experience.
  • Develop knowledge on networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment, and industrial control system architecture.
  • Understand how to script automated processes using business rules, script actions, and power/shell scripting.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and develop ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Document development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training materials for project stakeholders.
  • Implement CSDM framework for operational technology and develop training materials to train necessary stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and work closely with project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
