Automation Tester

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our team. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts using C# and Selenium or equivalent frameworks.

  • Design and Develop Automated Tests: Create automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Integrate with CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate automated tests into our Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
  • Implement API Testing: Use tools like RestSharp, Postman, or similar to implement API testing.
  • Develop Performance and Load Tests: Develop performance and load testing scripts using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner (optional).
  • Analyze Test Results: Analyze test results, report bugs, and follow up on issue resolution.
  • Maintain Test Documentation: Maintain test documentation, test plans, and test cases.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and contribute to the quality of automation solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • C# Experience: Strong experience in test automation using C#.
  • Selenium WebDriver: Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, NUnit, MSTest, or similar frameworks.
  • Azure DevOps: Experience working with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards).
  • API Testing: Familiarity with API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, RestSharp).
  • CI/CD Practices: Good understanding of CI/CD practices and how automation fits within them.
  • Version Control: Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
