Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Strategist to oversee the business finance and planning functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and vision. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to drive strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans to ensure accurate financial projections and informed decision-making.
  • Cost Reduction Strategies: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to minimize expenses without compromising performance.
  • Business Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with executive teams, department heads, and finance teams to drive operational priorities and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze actuals against budget and forecast, providing stakeholders with timely and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting and Visibility: Prepare detailed management information reports (PnL) with variance analysis to provide visibility into business performance and support decision-making.
  • Working Capital Management: Develop and implement effective working capital management strategies to optimize cash flow and improve overall financial health.
  • Solution Development: Identify business challenges and develop creative solutions to address them, driving continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Master's degree in business administration or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of driving financial growth and success.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, with excellent interpersonal communication and team management abilities.
