About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished finance expert who can balance creative vision with financial acumen — and drive informed decision-making with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading all aspects of finance: financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.
  • Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth through investment and innovation.
  • Developing financial models that provide actionable intelligence and inform strategic decisions.
  • Leading investor and board reporting with clarity and confidence, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Owning audits, compliance, and regulatory coordination with external partners, maintaining the highest standards of governance and risk management.
  • BUILDING A HIGH-PERFORMING FINANCE FUNCTION that adapts to the changing needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in fast-paced environments such as startups, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
  • A deep understanding of consumer businesses, marketplace economics, and digital transformation.
  • Strategic finance expertise — you're not just operational; you think big-picture and long-term.
  • Experience building financial systems and models from scratch, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership teams, founders, or entrepreneurs to drive business growth and success.
