Key responsibilities include strategy development, team leadership, market expansion, marketing campaigns, product development, cross-functional collaboration, financial management, risk identification, stakeholder relationships, and industry representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to execute company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats and market fluctuations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing P&L for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
