  • Positioning the bank to capitalize on emerging business opportunities through strong relationships with industry leaders and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in credit analysis, marketing, and balance sheet management. They must also demonstrate leadership skills, including visionary planning, consensus building, and conflict resolution.
