Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced systems administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT ecosystems, with a focus on O365 and AzureAD. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, as well as developing and implementing solutions using Power Platform to automate workflows and create business applications.

  • Administration and management of the O365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and AzureAD.
  • Developing and implementing solutions using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to automate workflows and create business applications.
  • MS Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting, including recovery and maintenance of Exchange databases.
  • Administering a hybrid O365 environment.
  • PowerShell scripting for Windows, Exchange, and AD/AzureAD administration.
  • Knowledge of Azure is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph
  • Knowledge of data loss prevention.
  • O365 license management.
  • Lists service knowledge.
  • Experience with the O365 tech stack, including Microsoft 365 apps and services.

  • Engineer with a good academic background.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in quantitative problem-solving.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience.
