Job Title

A key role for a Software Developer/Analyst has become available, with responsibility for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules.

">Description
  • We are seeking an experienced developer who can work independently to meet production support and application enhancement needs, which includes but is not limited to: requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development, and testing.
">Responsibilities
  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes on other modules within the application.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, always following team development standards.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Resolve break/fix production issues and provide communication as outlined in a service level agreement.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned.
">Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development including: PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
">Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Linux and the following PeopleSoft development tools: Integration Broker, Component Interface.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft production support.
  • Experience with HCM Tax Updates, PUM Image Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades.
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and functional resources to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
  • Organized and detail-focused with ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related field.
