Talent Acquisition Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensure a streamlined hiring process, and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Enable the team to develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future hiring demands.
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist should ensure that all hires align with the firm's standards in terms of skills, performance, and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent through diverse sourcing channels.
  • Ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Working closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities, help to create detailed job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
  • Providing market insights and hiring trends to stakeholders.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Training and developing recruitment team members to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience, with minimum 3 years in leadership role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
