Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment across functions with expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in closing leadership/niche roles through effective stakeholder management and communication.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and succession planning needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline for senior and critical roles.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, including social platforms and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate journey and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of screening processes and first-round interviews.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide junior recruiters and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
  • Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
