About the Role:
The Agricultural Sales Professional plays a critical role in expanding our customer base in the pre-harvest segment. This position contributes to revenue growth and fosters strong relationships with customers and farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote input sales to farmers through regular meetings and engagement.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and lead farmers.
- Learn and implement technology solutions for crop management on the field.
- Organize promotional events to engage farmers and customers.
- Regularly meet with farmers and customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular communication with farmers and customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Cattle Feed or a related industry.
