Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the position of Senior Partner Performance Manager. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools (e.g., Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau)
  • Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce
  • 5+ years of experience in hiring and retaining digital advertising teams
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning
