We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the position of Senior Partner Performance Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive partner network strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business success through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a robust partner network strategy

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools (e.g., Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau)
- Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce
- 5+ years of experience in hiring and retaining digital advertising teams
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
