We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Partner.

This role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on experience with financial modeling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost assessments, and profitability evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing recommendations for investment decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Core Business Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • Experience working with MySQL and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional teams is crucial.
