Job Opportunity

Meet the Team:

  • A financial analyst is required to support a global finance center of excellence.

The role involves working with the finance team to deliver periodic performance reports, business insights, and forecasting.

Responsibilities include general reporting, business metric tracking, and generating reports as requested by the business.

Also responsible for preparing and disseminating timely and accurate financial information to allow the business to plan, forecast, and make decisions.

Takes ownership of ongoing reports providing validation and supporting documentation to business partners.

Performs scenario analysis and planning to be used for decision making and approvals.

Supports organizational expense, HC reporting, bookings, revenue and margin analysis, and opex management.

Identifies potential opportunities for process improvement.

Acts as the primary contact to designated business finance partners, providing timely advice and appropriate reporting and analysis.

Participates as an extended member of the business finance partner team, ensuring good of the underlying business.

Assists in providing value-added management decision support, driving key business goals, identifying major trends and corresponding business issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 4 years of experience.
  • Strong partnering skills, personal integrity, drive for results, forward thinker, proactive and cross-functional thinker.
  • General financial understanding is desirable.
  • Periodic performance reporting, yearly and quarterly opex budgeting and planning, and month-end accounting are essential.
  • Excellent analytical and systems skills, including sound finance and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a working knowledge of various systems tools.
  • Strong and effective communications across multiple levels of the company.
  • Must have excellent partnering and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work with macros.
  • Database knowledge to handle large financial data.
  • Ability to create automation models in Excel.
  • Ability to connect to external databases in Excel and high-end data analytics skills.
