Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated finance business partner to drive focus on financial management, cost to serve, and adherence to plan. This role will serve as a key advisor to the Operating Unit Head(s) and guide them in making financially sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the advisor to the Operating Unit Head(s) and provide guidance on financially sound decision-making.
  • Work on data analytics and data models to support data-based decision making.
  • Drive the planning process for the business segment through business forecasting.
  • Create expense accountability by linking delivery to spend.
  • Analyze revenue and costs through variance analysis.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of customer profitability and project profitability on a periodic basis.
  • Drive proactive inventory and debtors management for the business.
  • Implement cost optimization programs.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support senior management.
  • Prepare business cases for investment/capex proposals through pricing and viability models.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for investment decisions and ensure proper approvals are taken and documented.
  • Participate in revenue forecasting and partner with Project Management team to deliver revenue predictability and assurance.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Finance/FP&A.
  • Demonstrated capability in MS Office tools, including advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and Analytic Tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with attention to detail and proactivity.
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience in handling challenges/difficult conversations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP FICO and BPC Modules).
