As a Senior Associate Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your sales expertise, market knowledge, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, expanding market reach, and contributing to the company's success while fast-tracking your own career in one of India's most trusted insurance brands

Key Responsibilities

Drive field sales and achieve business targets.

Recruit, Lead, manage, and mentor a team of advisors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Leverage market knowledge and networks to expand business opportunities.

Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase customer acquisition.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Represent the company in professional forums, events, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (Graduate qualification mandatory).

Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience.

Strong knowledge of the insurance/financial market and business networks.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Passion to grow into a leadership role and deliver results.
