Job Summary

To ensure the stability, performance and availability of our Supply Chain systems by providing proactive system administration, troubleshooting and technical support.

This role bridges technology and operations by managing system configurations, monitoring performance and resolving incidents while serving as the first point of contact for business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Support: Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot resolve and escalate issues and outages collaborating with vendors developers and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Automation Management: Manage automation infrastructure for DCs MDCs and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals meet deadlines and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Escalation: Escalate and advance issues as necessary to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for incidents troubleshooting steps and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem prevention.
  • Upgrades and Deployments: Support system upgrades patches testing and deployments in partnership with IT operations and vendors.
