Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and scale backend systems that power our AI-first workspace.
  • Develop APIs and services to support real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI Experts/Skills.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to deliver features at startup speed.
  • Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as user base grows from dozens to thousands.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions shaping the future of our workspace.

Tech Stack: We're using Node.js / TypeScript, PostgreSQL / Redis, GraphQL APIs, AWS / GCP, Docker / Kubernetes, and welcome experience with LLM integrations, vector DBs, or real-time systems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of backend development experience.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Builder mindset – excited to ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.
  • Passionate about AI, SaaS, and effective teamwork.
  • Comfortable in an environment demanding, unstructured, and moving fast.
