About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements, ensuring safety in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess basic MS Office knowledge. They will also be willing to work in shifts at our supplier location in Bangalore and adhere to all manufacturing processes and business controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
  • Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Promote interdependence by looking out for team members.
  • Correct hazards within personal control and capabilities.
  • Recognize and mitigate environmental impacts from work activities.
  • Engage actively in health, safety, and environmental training.
Quality Focus

The Production Associate will be responsible for following all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures. They will also raise issues to minimize cost and quality risks and perform quality inspections to identify/control non-conforming materials.

Delivery Excellence

The ideal candidate will operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products meeting required specifications. They will achieve production goals while working at defined cycle times or engineering standards and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Teamwork and Collaboration

The Production Associate will communicate effectively with assigned teams and support staff. They will complete training and personal development per business requirements and actively participate in quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development improvements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge.
