About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive growth in key regional markets for a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium tiles with a global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with dealers, architects, builders, and project consultants to increase market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to regional market dynamics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with dealers to establish premium tile displays and promotional activities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability and secure deals.
  • Visit client sites regularly to understand their requirements, address concerns, and strengthen engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales or business development within tiles, marble, construction materials, or related industries.
  • Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
