Senior Manager Data Analytics Job Description

As Senior Manager, Data Analytics, you'll play a critical leadership role in shaping how data informs decisions across Fulfillment & Logistics. You'll lead a team of analytics professionals and partner closely with business leaders to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns for fulfillment and logistics teams.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity is there to fulfill the monthly plan and ensure timely shipping and on-time deliveries.
  • Lead seasonal and promotional event planning, including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, and manpower planning by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including daily attainment, capacity utilization, promise quality, etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Planners and Analysts and drive continuous process improvements across planning processes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology to translate business problems into structured analytical projects.
  • Build and maintain scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making at all levels.
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for key operational metrics across fulfillment centers, last-mile logistics, and supply chain.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical techniques (forecasting, clustering, regression, predictive modeling) to anticipate trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Champion automation and self-service tools to empower teams and reduce manual reporting.
