About our client, a science-backed beauty and personal care brand founded in 2020.The company is rapidly scaling its presence in the skincare and haircare segments with high-performing products driven by research and efficacy.Job Title: Marketplace Manager Quick-commerceResponsibilities:
  • Drive revenue on multiple Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
  • Conduct market research, understand competition & market trends.
  • Lead product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization to get the best listings.
  • Manage relationships with related personnel within designated marketplaces.
  • Work with operations team to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and work with management & seniors to forecast future performance.
  • Handle Key Accounts Management, Category and Catalogue management.
Requirements:
  • Interest in working with beauty and personal care sector is an advantage.
  • Presentation skills and ability to communicate objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage team of associates to drive marketplace channels.
