Role Overview
As a Quick Commerce Manager at Epik, you will own and scale our instant fulfillment an last-mile delivery operations. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing processes that ensure fast, reliable, and delightful customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in quick commerce, last-mile logistics, and high-growth D2C environments.
What You'll Own
● Build and manage quick commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
● Design and optimize SOPs for order picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
● Manage partnerships with 3PLs, last-mile delivery players, and dark store operators.
● Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment to minimize stockouts.
● Collaborate with technology and product teams to integrate delivery platforms, tracking systems, and customer communication tools.
● Analyze operational KPIs (OTD, fulfillment rate, cost per order, etc.) and implement process improvements.
● Build, train, and lead teams for warehouse/dark store operations and last-mile execution.
● Stay ahead of quick commerce trends, tools, and consumer expectations to drive competitive advantage.
What You'll Bring
● 4+ years of experience in quick commerce, last-mile logistics, or D2C fulfillment.
● Proven expertise in managing high-volume, fast-turnaround operations.
● Strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and delivery networks.
● Experience in working with 3PLs, logistics vendors, and technology integrations.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
● Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams across operations.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
● Knowledge of industry best practices in quick commerce and on-demand delivery.
