Quick Commerce AssociateJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing timely and accurate processing of purchase orders from platforms like Blinkit, Zepto , Instamart, and others. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, catalog accuracy, and adherence to operational KPIs such as OTIF and stock availability.
Reporting to the Category Manager, the executive will maintain daily trackers, flag issues proactively, and support product onboarding using tools like Excel and internal dashboards. Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate servicing of purchase orders (POs) received from Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, and others.
Coordinate with the brand/category team to prioritize order fulfillment in alignment with business targets. Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) order execution with minimal turnaround time.
Monitor and update catalog listings across platforms — including pricing, imagery, product descriptions, inventory availability, and tagging — to ensure consistency and accuracy. Conduct regular catalog health checks and flag any listing issues such as delistings, errors, or violations. Track key operational metrics such as OTIF, fill rates, stockouts, turnaround times, and catalog completeness.
Highlight operational or supply issues (e.g., low stock, delays, high cancellations) to the category manager for timely corrective actions. Coordinate with the finance and planning teams to ensure platform reconciliations and PO validations, where required. Support with onboarding of new products or catalogs on Q-commerce platforms as per brand expansion plans.
Maintain and update internal trackers and dashboards for daily operations visibility. Ensure adherence to SLAs and platform guidelines to minimize penalties and maximize visibility on partner platforms. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Basic knowledge of inventory systems.
