
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a key professional to join our NRI Services team as a Business Development Manager.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and understanding their banking and investment needs.
You will provide inputs on financial products such as accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
Cross-sell and up-sell financial products based on client profiles and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to clients.
- Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
